On June 17,  we have conducted an experiment in our Lab. To show to our customer who planned to make chili paste, we made a trial production by our experimental machine.

First,  after washing the chilis and remove the stem manually, we put the chilis into our hammer-type crusher,




This is the inner structure of our crusher. The crushed chilis looked very good.



Second, we put the crushed chilis to our pulper. Here we only use one-stage pulper, but you can see the chili pulp was exquisite, 95% of the peels and seeds were removed.

Customer was very satisfied with the result.This was exactly the product type they he wanted. 

After pulping, to make chili paste , the pulp will be concentrated, filled and then sterilized.

Besides the crusher and pulper, we also have many other experimental machines in our labs. So we can make full line experiment for our customer to determine the best processing flow.
