Device description

The equipment is used for preheating the material after the crushing,softening and pasteurization, deactivating the enzyme so as to protect color and viscosity of the final material.

The working principle

When material by screw pump into the preheater pipe, open the steam valve is connected to the heater, into steam, under the effect of pump driving force, the material evenly distributed in each evaporation tube, heat exchange with the outside tube heating steam or hot water at the same time, material liquid is heated rapidly, after the material reaches a certain temperature, discharge into the next process or in cooling period.
