Device description

The CIP cleaning system is the equipment (tank, pipe, pump, valve, etc.) and the whole production line cycle cleaning in closed loop without manual dismantling. System adopts Siemens PLC automatic control, with a color touch screen operation shows that the whole production process and the control parameters, the plate heat exchanger online heat, acid and alkali concentration detection, high and low level, control valve adopts the high quality products, to realize the automatic operation control of the whole.

Working principle

• CIP cleaning liquid tank (acid tank, soda tank, hot water tank, clean water tank);
• Two concentrated acid/alkaline single storage tanks;
• CIP process pump and CIP return pump;
• Two concentrated acid/lye diaphragm pumps;
• Heat exchanger (plate/tube);
• An electrical control box;
• A set of control valve parts;
• An automatic set of components and electrical materials;

CIP cleaning fluid storage tank: 1000L-10000L;
The heating method can be: plate, calculation, and tube type.

According to the customer's requirement, the system can be made into a double loop, three-loop, four-loop, etc., and can simultaneously clean the loop simultaneously;

2. The cleaning temperature can be set, the acid alkalinity can be set in the tank, the cleaning time can be set, the cleaning sequence can be set, and the backflow ph can be set.
