    Auger filler can be used for filling liquid, semi-solid, powdery and granular material containers. Such as sugar, salt, detergent, spices, coffee, tea, pasta, food or cream or powder form of cosmetics, ready-to-use food such as stews and liquid product can easily use the filling machine. With the right configuration, machines can handle many different types of products: free flow, non-free flow, liquid, paste, and processed foods.

 

    Because of the nature of the material and the way the machine works, the auger filler does not apply to certain materials. Some materials, such as tobacco, may be wound around the auger, while other delicate products such as raw fruits, vegetables and cornflakes may be crushed during filling.

 

    Important component

 

    The spiral feeding system has five main subsystems:

 

    1. Transmission device: including motor, transmission device and start/stop mechanism for accurate filling. There are clutch and brake or servo system machines to choose from.

 

    2. Hopper: this is the container that holds the material in the packaging. Materials are supplied from hopper to tools.

 

    3. Mold: the mold includes those systems that can be changed according to the needs. The tool depends on the type and application of the filled material. It is usually made up of auger, agitator, funnel and other filler.

 

    4. Support structure: this is the structure of the entire system.

 

    5. Control device: an organization that allows the operator to control the machine.
