    1. Mechanical inequality.

In order to run normally, almost all packaging machinery must be laid flat in the workshop, and liquid fillers are no exception. Most designs allow for simple adjustment of the legs, which can help raise or lower the machine as needed. Check the height of the equipment and adjust the machine as needed. Once the level is level, test the loop with the bottle under the fill head to see if the problem has been corrected.

    2. The pump duration or filling time is closed.

In a filling level system, the product usually overflows the bottle and returns to the storage tank. The pump must be kept long enough to allow the liquid to overflow in each individual bottle to fill the liquid level. The short duration of the pump may mean that not all bottles have reached the desired level. The operator can usually perform visual inspection during the filling cycle to ensure that all containers reach the level and overflow. If not, you can solve the problem by adding some time to the pump duration of the overflow filler. As a side note, the operator of the filling level system should also be checked to ensure that the overflow pipe is not immersed in the liquid, which may result in backpressure and lead to the confusion of the filling level.

    3. The bottle

Finally, although most bottles are made in a way that makes each bottle almost identical to other bottles, some unique containers may vary greatly in volume. In containers with large internal volume changes, volume filling may lead to unstable filling levels. On the other hand, some packers who must reach the volume range still choose to use the filling level system to provide aesthetic value. In these cases, the packager must check the internal volume range on the bottle to ensure that the liquid level filling is still in the acceptable range. Although the problem is rare, packers who experience unstable filling levels also want to check their bottles.

    4. Worn parts

Some parts of the liquid filling will be in contact with the product, bottle or both. Over time, the components and other components will wear out and need to be replaced with the filling of the overflow or filling level, using a special nozzle to seal the bottle. These seals and the spring and O ring may need to be replaced at any time. Visually inspect the nozzle to ensure that the seal on the bottle is sufficient, and the spring does not lose tension or any indication that the other parts may need to be replaced. Some pumps and nozzles on the volume fill may also need to be replaced. If the filler becomes random or inconsistent, the same visual inspection should be performed on the volumetric liquid fillers.

    5. Filling retention/supply holding function.

Automatic filling machines usually include filling retention and supply retention in the operator interface Settings menu. These functions can be opened and closed by the operator of the device. In general, the fill container stops the machine to fill the loop when the supply tank is replenishing. On the other hand, the supply module will prevent the equipment from replenishing the tank until the current filling cycle is completed. Check to ensure that these functions are opened during the production run, if the level becomes random.

    6. Product route connection.

Automatic filling bottles will be pulled out of bulk cans or other supplies, and some use tanks to supply products to the bottle. The product will still pass through some channels through pipes and cylinders to the container. The operator of the packaging machine experiences different filling levels on the overflow filler or changes in the volume of the filling material to check for leaks in the product channel. The operator may not necessarily see the product leaking from any connection. Loose clamps or pipes may allow a small amount of air to enter the channel, resulting in inconsistent fillings. Simply check and tighten all connections on the machine and run the test cycle to see if the problem has been resolved.
