Everybody knows about the benefits of drinking lots and lots of tea. Drinking tea on a daily basis is one of the best ways to get healthier and boost up your antioxidants in your body!
Unfortunately, many people have a hard time drinking tea often. It's a habit change and most people can't get into the routine of drinking tea on a daily basis.
The thing is, in order to reap the benefits that many say tea can give you, you need to be drinking at least a few cups of tea per day! How can this be accomplished?
Variety!
This is I started drinking tea all day every day! I tried only drinking green tea as I heard all the rumors about how great it is for you. And I did enjoy the taste. It was quite good. The problem happened when I got sick of the taste and drinking it every single day! I eventually stopped.
What I found that works is not drinking the same tea, but having a wide selection of teas that you can choose from. There are so many different varieties that it is ridiculous!
For example, you can taste:
Rooibos Tea
Green Tea
Black Tea
Spearmint
White
Black
Herbal
Oolong Varieties
Flowering or Blooming Types
Pu-erh Teas
etc
This was just the list off the top of my head. I am positive that there are at least a hundred common types of tea that are readily available for your taste buds!
