The fruit crusher is used for the initial crushing of selected fruits and vegetables. It is suitable for the crushing of fruit and vegetable raw materials such as apples, pears, carrots and potatoes. It has the characteristics of novel structure, compact, energy saving, large production capacity and wide application scope. It is made of high quality stainless steel, which is in line with food hygiene. Using Italian technology, multi-group cross blade structure can break the material into small diameter particles to facilitate subsequent operation. The crushing size can be adjusted according to customer requirements or specific project requirements. Compared with traditional rat cage crusher, the extraction rate of raw juice was 2-3%.

Working principle

The machine is composed of machine door, hammer, screen, main shaft, body and so on.The whole machine includes the hopper, main engine, frame, transmission parts, etc. The motor is driven by a pair of belt wheels at the time of work, and the spindle has three groups of the hammer. Material from the elevator free fall into the hopper, chopped by high speed rotating hammer, due to the effect of centrifugal force, the material after broken particles by the waist shape mesh fall into the hopper, and then by another with screw pump pump into the next process.
