Working principle

The device is equipped with tubular air bags made of advanced non-toxic materials, mounted on a bracket and fixed to a stainless steel cylinder with perforated eyes; The drum is a whole hole, which is twice the area of ordinary juicing. In juicing, the balloon fills the entire surface; Because the juicing area is double the usual juicer, the squeeze time can be greatly shortened, the work cycle and the pressure can be reduced; The product is divided into the pancake layer and the juice is seeping from the entire surface (360 degrees). Based on the above equipment characteristics, the product quality is greatly improved. The material cannot be moved for long during the squeeze process; The maximum pressure of 1.5 bar, only appears at the end of production; The equipment is equipped with a separate compressed air system.
