The sterilizer make full use of the material's own heat to exchange so as to reduce the steam consumption. Our automatic tube-in-tube sterilizer has integrated Italian technology,developed on our several years of experience in the industry .It can be specifically used for the processing of concentrated jam and other high viscosity materials.

The tube-in-tube sterilizer has four-layer casing structure, with superheated water as a heating medium to kill the bacteria and cooling water or ice water to cool down the material. The heat exchange medium flows in the innermost two layers and the outermost pipe, and the material flows in the middle tube by reverse direction to ensure the maximum heat exchange area and efficiency, the material temperature is uniform and the material is fully sterilized.
The equipment consists of material tank, pump, tubular heat exchanger, retainer, superheated water system and control system and so on. The design of heat exchange by heat regeneration technology has greatly improved the heat transfer efficiency and energy-saving.
The operating system adopts the image human-computer interaction operation interface, which can easily grasp the running status of each component of the equipment at any time. The control system realizes the temperature real-time control, collecting and storing the equipment.
