Tunnel sterilization machine

Device description

The tunnel pasteurizer is designed by absorbing the worldwide latest technologies. Its sterilization temperature can be automatically controlled. Sterilization temperature can be adjusted steplessly. It can be widely used in the post-pasteurizing and cooling for the dairy products, fruit juice drink, electrolyte drink, alcohol, seasonings in bottle, can, PET bottle, carton and roof package. The equipment can be customized on the user's sterilization conditions and capacity. 

Working principle

The equipment works in four treatment stages--- using circulating warm water to preheat, hot water to sterilize, warm water to pre-cool, and cool water to cool down the product,;
