Device description

Water bath sterilizer is mainly used in the treatment of fruit and vegetable. The equipment is equipped with a double mesh band, which effectively neutralize the blanching vegetables in hot water, so that the vegetables can be pressed evenly. The speed of the mesh belt is adjustable. The device is equipped with a pneumatic corner valve and the temperature in the sink is reduced automatically when the temperature is lowered. When the temperature reaches the setting temperature, the temperature of the drift is automatically closed to save energy. The equipment is suitable for the precooking process of fruits and vegetables, with good temperature control, high efficiency and labor saving. Working principle

The machine is made of SUS304 high quality stainless steel, which is heated by steam or heated oil. The equipment is equipped with a net belt to ensure that the material is immersed in the sink, and the equipment is equipped with circulating pump to make the water flow in the hot pool to ensure the water temperature uniformity in the tank. The bleaching tank has a insulation layer to reduce heat loss. The upper end of the equipment is provided with steam outlet for excess waste gas. The upper cover is equipped with the lifting device for internal cleaning, and the lower end is equipped with the cleaning of the convenient equipment. After the material is hot, it is sent to the cooling pool by the net belt.
