With enzyme as catalyst and agitator running under optimum temperature and pH value, the enzymatic reaction will take place in the tank
Working principle
Enzymatic hydrolysis of pharmaceutical, fine chemical and biological products of is a sterile and non pollution process, Our enzymatic tanks provide an aseptic system and avoid microorganism pollution so it greatly prolong your product’s shelf life and improve the quality.We specially designed and installed sterile breathing holes and positive pressure enzyme system. The heating and cooling can be carried out in circulation by heating or cooling medium.And we use polyurethane foam as insulation material.The material contact parts are all made of stainless steel, SUS304 or SUS316L. And the outer surface is frosted and matt treated, which conform to the GMP standard.

Equipment features
1, the tank is equipped with insulation jacket(can heating, cooling and holding the heat).
2, the upper and bottom head (or cone) are spinning R angle processing.
3, the inner wall of the tank is under mirror polished , finish Ra≤0.4μm with no hygiene corner.The closed design ensures the material is always under sterile condition to complete mixing and fermentation. The equipment also has air respirator, cleaning ball, sanitary manhole, mirror, optic lamp etc.
