Falling film evaporation is the material liquid from falling film evaporator tube box on the heating chamber, the liquid distribution and film forming device, even within the assigned to each heat exchange tube, under the action of gravity and vacuum induction and airflow, into homogeneous membrane flow from top to bottom. The shell side of the flow in the process, by heating medium heating vaporization and separation of the steam produced from the liquid into the evaporator chamber, the vapour liquid after the separation, the steam entering the condenser condensate (single-effect operation) or into the next effect evaporator as a heating medium, so as to realize multiple effect, liquid discharge by the separation chamber.

Working principle

To evaporation materials through feed pump from the top falling film evaporator, evaporation tube (monitor), the material through the cloth membrane in membrane distribution in the heat exchange tube, when material with gravity flow lumen is outside of the tube steam heating, evaporation after reaching evaporating temperature, material together with the secondary steam from the tube in the form of thin film evaporation. After the secondary steam is compressed by the steam compressor, the shell process of the descending membrane heating chamber is used as heating steam. The membrane heating chamber has a plate, which leads to the secondary steam, condensing and discharging the non-condensable gas. In the process, the heat energy is passed from the external pipe to the evaporating material in the tube. After the heat exchange, the secondary steam condenses into water to discharge the falling film evaporator.

Equipment features

4. The concentration ratio is larger than the larger one, and the film evaporates, so that the liquid liquid can easily flow and evaporate easily. It is not easy to make scale, and the concentration time is short, and the concentration ratio can be reached 1:5.
