Device description
The health class food centrifugal pump is a single suction, single stage, centrifugal pump, suitable for conveying milk, beverage, wine and other liquids. It is an indispensable transportation equipment for food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. The maximum suction temperature is about 80 degrees C. The high lift pump is especially suitable for the application of the system of tube sterilization, yoghurt holding temperature equipment, CIP cleaning, etc.
Working principle
Centrifugal pump is mainly composed of pump body, pump seat and motor. The parts are connected by bolts. The support foot under the bottom plate can be adjusted arbitrarily, easy to install, without fixed installation foundation. The outlet pipe can be installed vertically or horizontally according to different needs. The impeller is placed in the pump shell, which is rotated with the pump shaft in the union, and the impeller blade delivers energy to the fluid in the form of kinetic energy and pressure energy.
