Device description

The disc centrifuge is a kind of vertical centrifuge, which can be separated quickly and continuously for solid solution and liquid liquid. The drum is mounted on the upper shaft of the shaft, and the drive is driven by the electric motor and high-speed rotation.

Working principle

Is based on the device generated when the high-speed rotating centrifugal force, in the centrifugal field force by centrifugal force vary according to the proportion of material, the proportion of heavy solids deposition to the drum wall, by means of PLC control solids and a small amount of liquid discharge outside. The light liquid phase flows from the outer cone of the disc to the center of the axial flow. Thus, the separation purpose of the solids and purification items is achieved.
