Spray dryer is the most widely used technology in liquid process forming and drying industry. It is most suitable for producing powder and granular solid products from solution, emulsion, suspension and paste. Therefore, when the particle size distribution of finished products, residual water content, accumulation density and particle shape must meet the precise standard, spray drying is an ideal process. It is divided into centrifugal and pressure type, choosing different atomization according to different material characteristics. It is widely used in chemical industry, food and medicine industry. Centrifugal spray: it is suitable for materials with high viscosity or solid particles. The design and production capacity is adjusted in the range of plus or minus 25%. Pressure spray tower: suitable for low viscosity and pure liquid materials, using high pressure pump (8-20mpa), ejecting from special nozzle.
Working principle
The air is filtered and heated, entering the air distributor at the top of the dryer, and the hot air spirals into the drying chamber. The high - speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower body is made of very fine mist droplets, which can be dried as finished products in very short periods of time with hot air and flow. The finished product is exported continuously from the drying tower bottom and the cyclone separator. The exhaust gas is emptied by the fan.

Equipment features
