The equipment is to sterilize the inner side of cap and the bottleneck thoroughly by the heating of the material itself.The sterilization duration is adjustable. The whole machine is made of stainless steel, and imported heat-resistant anti-skid plate to ensure high operation reliability . The machine is mainly used for PET bottles, glass bottles of fruit juice, tea and other drinks after hot-filling This machine is mainly composed of the conveyor chain system,the bottle reverse chain system, the rack, the bottle turning guide rod and so on. The machine can automatically reverse for sterilization and self-reset.The capacity ranges 5000-20000 bottles / hour, and the sterilization time is customized between15-40 seconds.

This machine is mainly applied to tea, fruit juice and other beverages after the hot filling to sterilize the cap inner side and the bottle space that isn’t contacted by the high-temperature material . The machine automatically reversing the bottle 90 degree flat, and sterilize the the cap inner side and the bottle space with the heat from the material itself without other external source.
